FAQs

Ordering

How you order depends on what kind of customer you are:

Website Orders (General Customers & Small Businesses)

Standard and custom frames can be ordered directly through our website. You can browse by colour, range, size or shape. Simply add your selections to the cart, review your order and proceed to the checkout.

Trade Portal Orders (Registered Trade Customers)

If you have a trade account, you can log in to access exclusive trade pricing, manage bulk orders and track shipments. The portal allows for streamlined ordering, repeat purchases and VAT-exempt pricing where applicable. Registering is quick and easy. Once approved, you’ll receive login credentials.

Contract Orders (High-Volume & Bespoke Clients)

Larger or repeat contract clients typically work directly with our team. These orders may involve bulk purchasing agreements, bespoke frame specifications or supply chain integrations (e.g., dropshipping, special packaging or custom branding). Contract clients often place orders via purchase orders, spreadsheets or a dedicated account manager.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so there’s only a short window for modifications or cancellations.

  • Before production starts: We can usually adjust the size, style or other options – or cancel the order entirely.
  • After production begins: Changes may not be possible or could incur a fee to cover materials already used. Custom prints and cut frames cannot be modified once in progress.

If you ordered the wrong size, we may be able to re-cut a mount or find another solution. For cancellations, partial refunds may apply depending on how far production has progressed.

To avoid issues, double-check all details before finalising your order.

Yes, you can! We offer chevron-cut picture frame samples so you can see the true colour, texture and profile of your chosen moulding before placing a full order. Each sample measures 100x100mm and costs £1 (including VAT), with free delivery on up to 100 samples.

Ordering samples is a great way to compare styles side by side, test how frames look with your artwork or décor, and make confident decisions – no guesswork involved.
