Shipping & costs

We offer three shipping options to suit your order: StandardExpress and Pallet. Shipping costs are based on your chosen service, the number of frames ordered and their sizes.

  • Frame size categories

    • Small frames: Up to 30cm (12”)
    • Standard frames: 30-100cm (12-40”)
    • Oversized frames: Over 100cm (40”)
  • Additional frames

    Ordering more than one frame? Here's how additional items affect shipping:

    • Small frames: Each additional frame typically adds £1. Occasionally, multiple small frames ship together at no extra cost.
    • Standard frames: Each additional frame adds £1.
    • Oversized frames: Each additional frame adds £5.
    • Mixed orders: Combining sizes may result in a higher shipping cost due to bespoke packaging needs.
    • Bulk orders: Large or heavy orders may be shipped via pallet delivery at a fixed rate of £70 per pallet.

    We'll always aim to package your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Final shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage.

Production & delivery times

  • Delivery

    Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

    • UK mainland: 1-3 business days
    • Europe: 3-7 business days
    • North America & Asia: 5-10 business days

    Expedited shipping is available at the checkout stage for faster delivery.

    Production usually takes around a week, though our bestselling frames are often ready to ship within 48 hours. Large freight shipments may take longer, with the courier arranging delivery directly.

  • Order tracking

    You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. Customers with a trade account can track orders by logging into their order portal.

  • Packaging & protection

    We take every precaution to ensure your frames arrive safely:

    ✔️ Durable double-walled boxes for larger items

    ✔️ Glazing safety measures for glass and acrylic

    ✔️ Pallet shipping available for bulk orders

  • Returns & replacements

    As custom made products, our frames are non-returnable unless faulty. If we make an error, we’ll remake or fix it free of charge. If you're unhappy with your order, please get in touch and we’ll work to find a solution.
