How to use your trade account & apply discounts

Readymades trade account all set up? Great – here’s how to start using it.

This quick guide will show you how to log in and place orders for our picture frames using your exclusive trade discount. Alternatively, you can check out the video below.

Accessing your trade account 

1. Click the user icon

Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the website (the middle icon) to begin. Alternatively, you can log in here. 

2. Log in using your registered email address

Enter the registered email address linked to your Readymades trade account. You don’t need to create a password. Instead, you’ll receive a secure sign-in code to your registered email address each time you log in.

3. Complete the verification process

After entering your email address, you'll receive a six-digit verification code via email – be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Enter the code to complete your login.

4. Easily place, review & reorder products

Once logged in to your trade account, you can place orders, reorder products and view your full order history in just a few clicks. 

Please note: Your order history will remain empty until you place your first order through the website. Once you’ve made a purchase, all of your past orders will be easy to find and reorder.

Applying your exclusive trade discount 

1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart

Start by browsing our range of picture frames and adding your chosen product(s) to your cart. At this stage, products will appear at full retail price – this is normal.

2. Enter your unique discount code 

At the checkout stage, enter your unique discount code in the white ‘Discount code’ box on the right-hand side, just below your order summary. Once applied, your cart will update to reflect your trade pricing.

Once entered, the discount is applied immediately, and all prices will update to show your correct trade rates. You can then proceed to checkout. 

If you also have a delivery discount code, make sure to enter this in the same box – as a second code – one after the other. Both codes need to be applied separately to ensure your full discount and delivery savings are applied.

Please note: Trade discounts are applied via a unique discount code linked to your email address. These codes are exclusive to each approved account and can’t be shared across users.
